Phil is 82. He’s a grandfather and a Christian. Earlier this week, he locked on across the staff entrance of the Department of Business, Enterprise and Industrial Strategy, as part of a non-violent civil disobedience action organised by climate activists, Extinction Rebellion.
In this interview, he calls on other elders to join in and use their power to effect change.
