Filmed in Parliament Square where he was meeting students on the 24th May #SchoolStrike, he was questioned about his supposed support for drastic action on climate change given the particular insight he has from the time he was a Deputy Governer in post-invasion Iraq when BP and other corporations carved up the spoils of war with massive 20-year fossil-fuel extraction contracts.
He was also asked about City of London corporate influence on the Conservative Party – the Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of the party is currently Mick Davis, who also made large donations during his time as head of mining giant Xstrata.
