William Hawk Birdshead, a DAPL water protector from the Oglala Nakota tribe, joined theatrical group ‘BP or not BP?’ at the British Museum in July 2017 as part of his visit to the UK.

He was invited to the museum by ‘BP or not BP?’ and ‘Sacred Stone Camp UK Solidarity Network’.

This film records his reactions as he visits the North American gallery (sponsored by JP Morgan Chase, who are one of the financiers of the Dakota Access Pipeline), via the bookshop (with its BP-sponsored exhibition guide), and the Thunderbird gallery (an exhibition of North West Coast artefacts), where museum security halted filming.
