Real Media filmed these interviews at a recent London gathering of Extinction Rebellion.
It was a weekend of workshops and planning for this non-violent direct action network.
Extinction Rebellion are holding a public civil disobedience campaign this autumn to try and effect the real policy change they feel is required over the current climate and ecological crisis.
People who attended the workshop were invited to express their reasons for getting involved and a few of their voices can be heard here.
The campaign officially launches on 31st October with a ‘Declaration of Rebellion’ in Parliament Square. Other events will take place in November.
