Chloe Harewood is a young born and bred Londoner, living and working in the capital. While the effects of air pollution are often thought to affect the old, infants, and those already suffering breathing problems, Chloe has been diagnosed with chemical sensitivity causing an array of symptoms.

This is thought to be due to high levels of benzene and nickel in her blood. Nickel is emitted from hot vehicle exhausts, and benzene is a known vehicle emission – both are also found in cigarette smoke, but Chloe has never smoked.

In this interview for Real Media, we hear how poor London air is affecting her life, and she implores the Mayor to do more to combat this issue that kills so many people.
