Tomorrow the government will go to court to defend test drilling at a fracking site in Lancashire.
The legal challenge has been pursued by the Preston New Road Action Group who have been protesting at the site against energy firm Cuadrilla. This comes after the Communities secretary Sajid Javid overturned Lancashire County Council’s rejection of the plans last year.
